At Proteus: John has recruited and assembled a respected Engineering Team at Proteus that is diverse, talented and extremely adaptable. In collaboration with them, he was responsible for the execution of engineering programs for new bath, vanity and home organization programs for Mill's Pride, which included coordination of both Proteus and client engineering resources. John has defined engineering requirements for Proteus clients including Lasco, Honeywell, Sanford, Sabre Medical, WearEver and Delta Faucet.
Pre Proteus: Prior to joining Proteus, John spent 15 years in the toy industry - first with Fisher-Price, where he provided engineering solutions for product development in various toy categories culminating in the Power Wheels Group, and then with Hasbro and their Games Group.

At Proteus: Jesse enjoys the challenge of integrating his primary discipline of engineering into Proteus' collaborative environment of industrial designers, graphic designers, and marketing strategists. He prides himself on the ability to organize complex projects into executable plans with the proper balance of technical innovation, practical usability, and aesthetic appeal.
Pre Proteus: Prior to Proteus Jesse worked with various human factors consulting and engineering design firms developing consumer products, medical systems and devices, user interfaces, and training programs. During his Master's graduate study he conducted innovative, published research in the design and use of minimally invasive surgical systems. Jesse's began career in mechanical engineering as an automotive design engineer at Honda Research & Development.

At Proteus: Ryan collaborates on an array of projects that demand a seamless transition between our broad range of skill sets. Beyond delivering the technical solutions that bring innovative designs to reality, Ryan strives to keep the "big picture" in mind. He constantly pushes for the best possible consumer experience for all of his projects.
Pre Proteus: Ryan worked in the product development field for 5 years prior to joining the team at Proteus. His projects involved a wide range of successful products for OXO, Aspen Pets, Phillips Medical and iRobot. Prior to working in consultancies, his endeavors involved advanced robotics at Barrett Technology.
