At Proteus: Bill has built an industry-leading Visual Communications group by recruiting, managing and retaining world-class talent. The group has received numerous awards for design achievement and continues to build longstanding client relationships through successful solutions for clients such as Aura Home Design, Intermatic and Delta Faucet. He is a professional member of the AIGA and Design Management Institute.
Pre Proteus: Bill was at Group Four for eight years, starting as Project Manager and then becoming Director of Graphics on projects for clients such as Stanley Tools, Ingersoll-Rand, Playtex, RayBan and Reebok. Earlier, he developed an intimate knowledge of consumer packaging and retail merchandising during six years at Campbell Soup Company, where he worked on a range of brands, from Prego Spaghetti Sauce to Godiva Chocolate.

At Proteus: As a Design Lead, Matthew's efforts have produced the launch of the Arietta brand for Elica, new packaging standards for Delta Faucet and award-winning solutions for Everpure and the Telluride Foundation. Internally he led Proteus' Brand Harmony initiative, which resulted in a new positioning and visual identity for the firm. Externally, Matthew has increased Proteus' visibility through his active participation in the AIGA and the In-Store Marketing Institute.
Pre Proteus: Prior to moving to Massachusetts, Matthew was Creative Director at Bagby and Company in Chicago. There, he was able to bring his strategic design sense, vigilant attention to detail and copywriting background to a wide range of communications - including advertising, packaging, point-of-sale, collateral and multimedia. Among Matthew's clients were McDonalds, Sprint, SONY, Maytag, American Tool and Mediavest Worldwide. Earlier in his career, Matthew specialized in design for non-profit organizations as Creative Director and VP of 501creative.

dan oberholzer

At Proteus: Dan has led the design of the SofSole brand architecture for Implus, including brand identity, packaging and merchandising; the refinement of the Great Neck tools brand identity and application to its trade show exhibit; and the naming, positioning and package design for ToucH2O, Delta's touch-activated faucet.
Pre Proteus: Dan has managed design groups, directed project teams and personally conceptualized and produced a wide scope of notable design solutions. He was previously Design Director of Catapult Thinking, VP and Creative Director of Fitch Worldwide and VP and Group Design Director for Hill Holiday Advertising. Dan's previous clients included Polaroid, Shure Microphones, Fishman, Sabian Cymbals, Allied Domecq (Dunkin Donuts), Converse Shoes and CVS Pharmacy.

At Proteus: Kate works closely with our clients, designers and vendors to ensure that our creative teams' visions are executed to their fullest potential, in the most timely and cost efficient manner possible. She is most proud of her involvement in the rollout of the NuPorte Closet Door program for Aura Home Design.
Pre Proteus: Kate joined Proteus from Polaroid Corporation, where she worked as Senior Print Production/Project Manager for a variety of the company's Consumer, Professional and Business product lines. A highlight of her career at Polaroid included the global launch of the award-winning I-Zone Pocket Camera and its subsequent sub-brands. In addition, Kate has considerable Print Production experience in the publishing world, producing publications such as Boston Magazine and Aspen Magazine.

At Proteus: Elizabeth researches, designs and produces a full range of brand elements including brand architecture, name development, market strategy, package and merchandiser design. To much acclaim, Elizabeth's insights into consumer trend analysis coupled with her consumer-centric thinking recently introduced a large global consumer products company to an innovative new way of defining and understanding their target consumers. Additionally, Elizabeth is actively involved with the AIGA, (the professional organization for graphic design).
Pre Proteus: Prior to joining Proteus, Elizabeth earned her BFA in Graphic Design from Iowa State University. As a member of their Design Exchange learning community, she became acquainted with several renowned design firms across the nation. As a student, Elizabeth was active in the student chapter of the AIGA. Off-campus experiences included an international study program in Rome, Italy. During her studies, Elizabeth received several awards in recognition of her creative talents.
